How do I order?
You can either click the buy now button which will lead you straight to the checkout process or add to cart if you want to order multiple items!
How do I pay?
We offer two modes of payment: bank deposit through BPI/BDO or credit card payment through PayPal. As of the moment, we do not have a cash on delivery option.
What is the minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order so feel free to order as little/as much as your heart desires! (as long as our inventory can take it 😉)
Do you have a meal plan subscription?
Currently, we are not offering any meal plan subscriptions but we are working towards it! In the meantime, you can purchase our meals, treats and shakes in bulk. If you’d like to buy in bulk and have it delivered daily, feel free to contact us at hello@goodmacrohaus.com let’s talk! We also do company packages!
When can I expect my food to arrive?
We collect all orders throughout the day and have an order cut off time at 5PM every day. You can expect your food to be delivered the following day from 10AM until 5PM.
How should I store my food?
Meals are best enjoyed as soon as we deliver them! If you’re planning on saving it for later, we suggest to keep them in the refrigerator and simply heat them up for 40 seconds to 1 minute before eating.
What is the shelf-life of your products?
Our TREATS can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 months and can be frozen for 6 months in the freezer.
Our MEALS and wraps have a shelf life of 4-5 days in the refrigerator. We do not recommend freezing our meals.
Our protein SHAKES have a shelf life of 4 days.
Do you have have diet-specific offerings? Like keto, vegan, low carb, etc.?
We try not to limit our products to specific diets although we do have products that certain dieters can enjoy. You can check out the labels on our food and see if it suits your diet!
